Terms of Use

The short version

• Our games are free to play and supported by ads.
• You can play for fun, but you may not copy, resell or hack the Game.
• Your progress lives on your device, so deleting the Game deletes it.
• The Game is provided as is, and we do our best to keep it working.

License to play

We give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable license to download and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. This license does not give you ownership of the Game or any of its content.

What you agree not to do

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, except where the law allows it;
• use cheats, bots, exploits or any tool that changes how the Game works, including to manipulate scores or Daily Challenge results;
• interfere with ads, for example by generating fake views or taps;
• use the Game in a way that breaks any law or the rules of the store or portal where you got it.

Ads and rewards

The Game shows ads from third parties, including optional rewarded ads that give in game items such as power-ups or a second chance. Rewards have no real world value, cannot be exchanged for money and may change over time. We are not responsible for the content of third party ads or for the websites and apps they link to.

Purchases

If a Game offers in app purchases, they are processed by the store you use, such as Apple or Google, and follow that store's payment and refund rules. Virtual items are a license to use content in the Game, not property.

Progress and game data

Scores, streaks and settings are stored on your device. We cannot recover them if you delete the Game, clear its data or change devices. We may reset leaderboards, challenges or balance changes when needed to keep the Game fair and fun.

Privacy

How information is collected and used is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Game, including its characters, artwork, music, sounds, code, names and logos, belongs to Dokse Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. PlopDrop and Dokse Studio are our trademarks. Third party names and marks belong to their owners.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or remove features, release new versions or stop offering a Game at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law of your country.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Dokse Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the last 12 months, if any.

Apple App Store

If you got the Game from the App Store, these terms are between you and Dokse Studio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for claims about the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Your use of the Game must also follow Apple's Standard License Agreement.

Ending these terms

You can stop at any time by deleting the Game. We may end your license if you break these terms. The sections about intellectual property, disclaimer and limitation of liability continue after that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where that law allows it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the Game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after an update, you accept the new terms.
